All astrology consultations, kundali analysis, reports, and personalized remedies are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.

Since astrological services are customized based on individual birth details, cancellations or refunds are not permitted after booking confirmation.

If a consultation is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances, the client will be offered rescheduling or a full refund, as applicable.
Digital Products

Digital astrology reports or services delivered via email or online platforms are non-refundable once shared with the client.
2. Refund Policy for Physical Products (Gemstones & Remedies)

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in case of damaged or incorrect products received.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear videos of opening the package.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible.

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Note: Energized gemstones and customized remedies are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged during shipping.
